The pressure sensor is an absolute pressure sensor based on the silicon piezoresistive effect, using CMOS technology and MEMS hybrid technology. The pressure to be measured is loaded on the silicon diaphragm from the top of the chip. The pressure sensor outputs a voltage signal linearly proportional to the pressure and provides accurate and stable signal output and temperature compensation.
